On Wednesday February 3rd our garage door spring broke. My wife called
you yesterday and scheduled an appointment.
Minutes ago my wife called me in the office, Mark and his assistant showed
up on time 9:15am, 30 minutes later they were done.
Professional, kind, respectful, a real breath of fresh air in a world where the
customer service has gone out the window.
Evidently, you guys get it. I will tell any and all to call your company when
they have a problem with a garage door.
They even replaced the light bulb in the garage door opener motor housing.
That's going the extra mile.

To Whom it May Concern-
I telephoned Deluxe Door Systems (614-840-0207) on Thursday, January 14th,
shortly after noon.
I was in a bit of a panic. I had just returned home from a walk, came in through
the garage, closed the garage door and heard a very loud noise. I looked around,
trying to figure out what could have possibly made the noise and noticed that one
of the springs on my garage door had broken in half.
My car was in the garage, with the garage door down, I tried to lift the door - with
no luck at all and realized that my kids would be home from school shortly and
the evening run to their activities would be very difficult without the car! I telephoned
the number on our garage door and was given the 3 agencies that service our brand
of door. I tried Deluxe first and was greeted by the most friendly,
accommodating, helpful and understanding individual (Scott). I shared my dilemma
w/him and asked if there was any way possible to get a service technician to our home
before 4:30 that afternoon. Scott did some checking andcame back on line to notify me
that would definitely be a possibility! Lisa dispatched the service men and in less than
an hour Mark and Anthony arrived at my home. They were polite, friendly, efficient and quick!
They opened the garage door, so that I could pull the car out and replaced the spring
within a half an hour!
You should be incredibly proud of your staff . . . I will recommend you to everyone in
our neighborhood!

Bill and I just wanted to thank everyone at Deluxe Door Systems for a
positive experience from picking out the door that would best compliment
our home to having it installed.
Our first contact was via email sent late one evening to Lisa and I was
pleasantly surprised to see a reply sitting in my inbox when I opened my
computer at 8:00 AM the following morning. It only got better from there.
We visited the showroom, picked out the door,arranged for measuring and
everything went as smooth as clockwork. The day of installation was quite
cold and yet Nick did a superb and efficient job and then took
the timeto demonstrate the features of our new Liftmaster door opener.
The temperature in the garage has gone up substantially even in the bitter
cold weather we are currentlyexperiencing and most often registers 39°.
I have to say the only complaint has come from our grown children. They
wonder why we waited so long to install such a quiet garage door opener.
They would have had a better chance at sneaking in late at night with this one
since the old one was loud enough to wake the dead, comparatively speaking.
